Course Summary

This course is designed to equip drone pilots with the knowledge and skills to operate under Extended Visual Line of Sight (EVLOS) conditions in compliance with CASA regulations. Focusing on Class 1 (a single observer) and Class 2 (multiple observers) operations, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of EVLOS procedures, observer coordination, and operational safety.

Uncrewed Approvals

Our team is headed by Steve Griffin who has over 45 years aviation industry experience as a Chief Pilot (Manned Operations), Chief Remote Pilot, Flight Examiner, CASA Delegate, Charter and Flying Training Air Operator Certificate holder, Certificate of Approval (Aircraft Maintenance Workshop) holder, Weight Control Officer and Maintenance Authority holder. He holds a Commercial Pilot License and is licensed to fly aeroplanes, helicopters, gliders and balloons.
